Sunday morning…
I ran the Tucson Marathon with hopes of breaking 3 hours. Tried a new strategy for the first time: Just Run Fast Until You Can’t Anymore.
It worked - I knocked more than 10 minutes off my PR and finished just under 2:50.
I tried the Hanson Training Plan - Ioved it but probably could have used a few 18-20 milers.
