Ran on a Woodway treadmill for the first time - whoa. The thing looks like Johnny Number 5 (is ALIVE!) and is just a bad, bad, bad machine. It’s less of a treadmill and more of a Military Grade Professional Track Simulator. Straight up awesome.

A small crew of us ran the Rose Parade route this morning. We stayed up through the night and hit it around 4:30AM - it was surreal to see the thousands of people lining the streets before the parade and to walk around the floats as they lined up. Some lo-fi photos below - beautiful giants.
