I met the most German German man,... man... today on a run. We just happened to fall in step with one another, he struck up a conversation, and we chatted for about a mile. I couldn't stop smiling, because he was WHAT-ARE-YOU-SINKING-ABOUT GUY (search on youtube if you don't know) , who is my *FAVORITE GUY* of all time.
Anyway, highlights from the exchange:
German: Sometiems, on ze biech, I like to play a little game and run faaster zan ze bi-seecles.
Me: I know. I like to outrun everything: bikes, skateboards, roll-
German: Ayyy ooooh! Yah! Cause zey sink zey aah fast, but I haf to tell you, YOU ARE NOT ZAT FAAST!
Me: (laughing) Totally.
German: (comes to a complete, abrupt stop, yells) OKAY I MUST TURN AROUNT NOW NICE TO MEET YOU HAVE A GOOD RAN! OKAY BYE OKAY!!
